allegations, they’re an indictment, Pleading entered 12-21-2023 in case number M-
1440-CM2021-543 dated December 21 2023 delivered December 30 2023 in the sundry
papers are hereby denied in hope, by presenting to the court other documents, an
unrepresented party certifies to the best of his knowledge, information, and belief,
affirmation, that the denials of factual contentions are warranted on the evidence, or
specifically so identified in the Constitution of the United States, or that of the State of
Arizona, are reasonably due process based on belief, or a lack of information, lack of
subject matter jurisdiction.
