The document discusses using data mining techniques to analyze the spread of COVID-19. It presents studies that used techniques like time series analysis, regression models, and clustering to forecast spread. A table shows different studies, the techniques used like logistic regression and random forest, and the accuracy levels achieved, ranging from 12% to 98%.

INTRODUCTION:

Corona virus (Covid19) started with first cases on December 2019, in Wuhan (China). This disease
will affect the respiratory system of a person, and some people will eventually get better without
having special treatment, especially for those who have a strong immune system. The World Health
Organization (WHO) stated that frequent hand washing, disinfecting, social distancing, wearing
masks and not touching your face can protect one from being infected. The WHO listed several
symptoms and emphasized that fever, a dry cough, and tiredness were the most common, while less
common symptoms were headaches, sore throat, conjunctivitis, loss of smell, and rashes, and
serious symptoms were breathing problems ,chest pain and loss of speech and movement. Data
mining has been traditionally used for classifying diseases and assisting in treatment and
management of diseases [13] .These techniques are what makes data mining applications a tool to
study trends and assist in prediction ranging from human behaviours to emergence of a disease and
subsequently aiding in finding a solution for these predictions. The various techniques which are of
specific interest include clustering, classification, association, regression, summarization and text
mining. [14] Data mining research institutes and technology companies to devise a data mining
strategy to fight against the novel Coronavirus breakout. [15]

ANALYSING THE WAVES OF COVID 19:

• A significant part(47% on average) in the first two waves and the majority(55%) in the
Third wave consider that the likelihood of getting infected with the Coronavirus is low.
• In regard of proximity/remoteness of the virus, there is positive dynamic among waves: the
significantly increased number of respondents(56%) in the Third wave think that the
corona virus is far from them.
• According to the majority of the respondents for all the three Waves(65% on average in
both Waves, and 73% in the Third Wave) under the current circumstances,it is easy for
them to avoid getting infected with the novel coronavirus.

ACCUARCY:

CONCLUSION:

In this above survey we are used data mining techniques. The most using data mining
techniques are NLP techniques, Random Forest, Logistic regression, Decision tree and time
series. we conclude the details of spreading covid 19 using data mining techniques it explain
the first, second and third waves in active cases.
