geological mapping using the application.
Deswik.Mapping Workspace
• Identify the major components of the Deswik.Mapping user interface
• Learn about common dialog box controls
Initial Configuration
• Configure Deswik.Mapping to suit your working environment
• Use the Deswik.Mapping configuration settings
Perform Mapping
• Create a new mapping job
• Perform back mapping
- Set the working plane
- Draw back mapping geological features, such as lithologies and discs
• Perform face mapping
- Insert a face section
- Manage photography
- Draw lithologies and miscellaneous features
