How To Solve Slow System Issue
If your PC is running slowly, the following suggestions might help speed things up. The tips are
listed in order, so start with the first one, see if that helps, and then continue to the next one if it
doesn’t.
Reboot:
If your computer has not been rebooted recently, please reboot your computer. Rebooting the computer
can fix many problems and is an easy first step.
Windows 10 :
The Start menu returns in Windows 10, allowing to access the power options easily.
1. Click Start in the lower-left corner of the screen.
2. Click the Power option.
3. In the Power menu, select the Restart option.
Windows 11 :
The Start menu in Windows 11 is slightly different from previous versions. To restart Windows
from the Windows 11 Start menu, follow the steps below.
1. Click Start in the middle of the taskbar.
2. Click the Power option in the lower-right corner of the Start menu.
3. Select Restart in the pop-up menu.
Delete temp files:
As a computer runs programs, temporary files are stored on the hard drive. Deleting these temp files
help improve computer performance.
3. Press the CTRL + A keys at the same time to select all the .tmp items.
4. Press the DELETE key, and then click Yes when the User Account Control
window appear to confirm.
Note # Delete all files found in this folder, if any files are in use and cannot be deleted, they can be
skipped.
Most web browsers allow you to install extensions, also called add-ons, or plugins, that add features or
functionality to your browser and enhance or modify the way websites are displayed. An example of a
browser extension is AdBlock or uBlock Origin for removing advertisements from websites.
If you installed an extension in your web browser or have an extension from a third-party software
developer that you don't want, you can disable or remove it. Select your browser from the list below and
follow the instructions to remove unwanted extensions.
Google Chrome:
1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Click the Customize and control Google Chrome : icon in the window's upper-right corner.
3. In the menu, select More tools.
5. In the Extensions tab that opens, there are several cards in the middle.
Disable an extension:
To disable an extension, locate its card and click the blue toggle switch , changing it to gray.
Remove an extension:
To remove an extension, locate its card and click the Remove button.

Locate the extension you want to disable. Then, click the blue toggle switch on the right side,
changing it to white.
Remove an extension
Locate the extension you want to remove. On the left side, click Remove. Then, click the Remove button
in the prompt.

Locate the extension you want to disable. Then, click the blue toggle switch on the right side,
changing it to white or light gray.
Remove an extension
Hover your mouse pointer over the extension, then click the gear icon in the upper-right
corner.
