Microsoft Cloud Weeks – Instructor Experience

For Instructors to access the Microsoft Cloud Weeks portal hosted by Skillable, they will follow the steps
below.

Access the Microsoft Cloud Weeks portal:


1. Using Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or another HTML5 compliant browser, navigate to
https://cloudweeks.learnondemand.net

2. Select Instructor Sign In. In the How would you like to sign in? pop up window, select the
correct option and use the credentials provided to you.

Note: You should receive these credentials in your “Instructor Access Information” email. In
most cases, your instructor account will be created using your Microsoft Account, or a federated
Corporate AAD account.

Class access
1. Once logged in, the instructor can find their scheduled classes by selecting Admin from the top
navigation ribbon and then click Find Classes.
2. From the Find Classes page, remove the filter Starts from the list by selecting the X on the right
side of the row. Then select Search to bring up all classes for which the instructor is scheduled.

3. Select the Class Name to navigate to the Class page. On the Class page, select Monitor Labs to
view all enrolled students via the Roster or view any active lab sessions.

4. From the Class Page, the instructor can scroll down and view any important course information
or launch the labs to work through them with the class or in preparation.
Please Note: The URL for the class page is not accessible by students, they will each have their
own unique Class Enrollment page.

Instructor prep

To prepare for the classes, instructors can navigate to each course available to them and launch the labs.

1. To do so, in the top navigation ribbon, click Admin, and then click Find Courses.
2. On the Find Course page, click Search and you will see a list of all available courses for which you
can launch the labs.

3. You can select any of the labs from the list. From the course profile, you can scroll down and
select the name of the module. From there, navigate to the page from which you can launch the
lab.
