1. Please be informed that the undersigned cadet was absent during the past training
day. Reference:

a. Practical Training, H14CDC Loakan, Liwanag, Baguio City dtd 10 December


2023 from 0600-01700.

2. Per ref 1a pertains to the Practical Training of COQC Cadets held at H14CDC
Loakan, Liwanag Baguio City where in Cadet Colyong was unable to attend the
training because he went to work to earn some money and to help to the payment of
his school fees and to have some money for his personal expenses. The proof of the
matter is shown in Figure A and B below.
