Sudarsono, and Aadrian are involved in civil litigation. Andrian arises damage for Sudarsono by
cheating on purchase. Sudarsono hires attorneys to help him in hearing. That process begins
when the plaintiff files a lawsuit in court and will continue until the case is settled to trial.
However, in the first hearing after the bailiff notices the defendant of date, time, place, The
court gives a chance to the parties to resolve the dispute by selecting mediator for mediation
process. The mediation process is held for 30-day. If the mediation is successful, the judge will
endorse the settlement agreement, which will then become enforceable in the same way as a
final and binding court judgment. If the mediation process fails, the hearing continues until the
judges make decision. Substantive civil laws govern the rights and obligations of parties to one
another. At times, disputes arise regarding those rights and obligations. When that occurs, the
parties must somehow resolve those disputes.
