• Oversee the implementation of operation activities
effectively & smoothly in workshop, and prioritize the work
flow as needs.

• Handle the customer complaints, and ensure of removing


all grievances.

• Supervise employees scheduling with team leaders,


positioning and justify as work situation needs.

• Ensure availability of spare parts by coordinating spare


parts department.
