My name is Farida Eka Natalia. I am a graduate of Mercu buana university with a
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Economics and Business. I have
accumulated 2 years of work experience as an Accounting Staff and Office Manager at
PT Suryapratama Agung Persada. During my time at PT Suryapratama Agung Persada, I
honed my skills in financial reporting, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with
accounting standards. I also gained valuable experience in working collaboratively
within a team and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. I consider myself a
highly disciplined and punctual individual, traits that I believe are essential in the field
of accounting.

I’m an organized person, so I have trouble with last-minute changes and ambiguity. So,
I’m working to get more accustomed to those changes. Attending an online seminar in
time management helped me make room for changing priorities. Now, if a last-minute
change crops up, I know how to reprioritize and adapt to any given situation.
I believe one of my greatest strengths are time management, interpersonal and
presentation skills. I am also well-organized and detail oriented with the capacity to go
beyond what is expected from me

b. What will you do if you work under pressure?

I am not naturally efficient under pressure, but it is something that I have learned with
experience. I had quite a few exams in college where pressure got to me and I did not
perform to the best of my abilities. After realizing that I needed to improve, I actively
looked for stressful situations in my career to get better in these circumstances. I’ve
developed several personal strategies, and I now see pressure as a motivating factor and
a challenge, so when these situations arise, I approach them with a positive mindset.

c. How do you handle the problem? ( according to the case )

When I was working as an office manager, the CEO of our company told me that
employee productivity was down and that I needed to come up with a solution. Since
there are many reasons why productivity might decline, I decided to ask the team
members by conducting interviews and sending out short surveys. After gathering this
information, I was able to see that employees didn't have a way to keep track of and
 organize tasks. I recommended that the CEO implement a new project management
system, and productivity increased by 10% after implementation.

Good morning ma'am, first of all I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity
to take part in the interview session today. Let me introduce myself, my name is Nur Annisa,
usually called Ann, I graduated from Airlangga University, Faculty of Business and Economics,
majoring in accounting. I currently live in Muara Baru, North Jakarta. During my studies, I
was active in organizations and was a committee member at campus events, and apart from
that, I also took part in several trainings outside. campus to develop my skills to become a
professional accountant. The hope is that I will be given the opportunity to fill this
accounting staff position and be able to implement what I have learned so that I can make a
good contribution to the progress of the Company.

 I admit that I am a perfectionist, this perfectionist makes me easily feel afraid if the

I can be stressed if I am given a task with a short timeline, therefore I take the initiative
to discuss with my superior to make a realistic work plan and sequence tasks according
