FILTAIRE

Contaminant Separator
The FILTAIRE is a filtering device designed to trap heavy hydrocarbons
commonly present in LP gas vapor and other materials that may be in the
gas due to storage conditions and internal conditions of the equipment.

Impurities are collected in the system and periodically removed through a


system blow down drain. A series of baffles and a coalescing element
made from woven stainless steel remove 99 percent of particles greater
than 10 microns in the gas stream.

♦ Capacities from 20 gph (40 Kg/hr) to 15000 gph (24000 Kg/hr) @ 20 psi
♦ Blow down drain
♦ ASME stamped
♦ Design pressure of 250 psig @ 650 Deg. F.
♦ Models F0.5 – F6 screwed inlet and outlet connections
♦ Models F8 – F30 300# Flanged inlet and outlet connections
♦ Optional liquid level float switches to warn user the FILTAIRE requires
draining due to the accumulation of liquid in the reservoir.
♦ Optional Single or Dual liquid level switches available factory installed
♦ Dual liquid level float switch provides a redundant safety to prevent
liquid LPG from passing downstream of the vaporizer.
♦ CRN stamped units available as an option.
