INTRODUCTION:
Any specific and managed work follows some specific path to achieve
its zenith. This is a report indicating the flow of process between different
departments yet in an integrated and seamless way to achieve a
predetermined target. Yet the business of MLPL is not only restricted
into the equipment manufacturing sector but as a starting, this report
contains only the flow of equipment manufacturing process starting
from its immature and uncertain stages at client’s end and ends with the
dispatch of that equipment and complete the overall economical and
commercial cycle.

CONCLUSION:

This report yet covers up the flow of process of only manufacturing


equipment in MLPL but in real practice several steps get reduced or
introduced for commercial barriers and consumer demand and for that
reason this flow breaks and several short cut sub path creates which gets
hard to resolve, whatever this flow of process can be modified and more
steps can be introduced for easy operation.
