I, Work or study?

1, Do you work or are you a student?

I am a student at National Economics University.

2,What is your major? Why did you choose that major?

My major is Marketing. I choose it as marketing is a key of any business operation. Studying marketing will
help me understand why customers think or behave in certain way while buying something. I will also
understand their needs, how to persuade them and how customers’s actions can benefit my business.

3,Which subject do you like most? Why?

I like microeconomics as I think it funny. Microeconomics is a branch of economics that studies the behavior of
individuals and firms in making decisions.

4,What would you like do in the future?

I want to be a marketer.

II, Hometown
1. Where are you from?

I am from TN but now I live in Hanoi

2. What do you like about your hometown? Why?

I like everything in my hometown. You know, when you come back my hometown, you can see the tea
plantation, paddle fields, Coc Lake, Ba Be Lake, Cua Tu waterfall, museum of cultures of Vietnam’s Ethnic
Groups. The life in TN is peaceful, I feel cozy and comfortable when live there.

3. Has your hometown changed much since you were a child?

Of course. When I were a child, the neighborhood and traffic jams were so deserted. But now, high buildings,
traffic jams, crowded streets,museum, entertainment centre..are popular things you can easily find in this area.

4. Would you prefer to live somewhere else?

I want to try to live near beach may be Da Nang, Binh Dinh or Phu Yen as I love beach. If I saw beach
everyday, it would be wonderful.

III, Personality
1. How would you describe yourself? = What are you like?
I’m a person who is ambitious as I have a lot of dreams. For example, I would like to earn large amounts of
money, travel over the world and meet my idol.
He is one of the best football players in the world. Can you guess?

2. Are you similar or different to your brother(s)/sister(s)?

We are different. My younger brother is a brave boy but I’m a timid girl. I’m very scared of ghost. If I go
out in the evening, my brother will go with me.

3. Do you often meet new people?


Of course. I want to meet humorous peole as they make me smile
4. What type of person do you like/dislike?
I dislike two faced people since I don’t understand them. They are being nice to me and then talking badly
behind my back.
5. What do you usually do with your friends?
We usually spend time together going jogging when we have freetime
6. Tell me about your close friend. Why did you become good friends?
My close friend is a beautiful girl. Her name is Ly and she is a student at foreign trade university. She has a
fit and strong body as she spends 30 minutes a day doing exercises. We have been friends since we were
kids. We’re not afraid of sharing with each other about happinest or sadness in our life. When I have
trouble, she is the first person to comfort me. So she’s the apple of my eye.

IV, Weather
1. What is the weather like today?

Today, it is cloudy

2. What do you often do in this weather?


I have go to school. But if I had another choice, I would go picnic with my friends
3. Do you prefer hot weather or cold weather?
I dislike all of them. I like mild climate. It is not too hot, not too cold.
4. Do you think the weather has an effect on the way people feel?
Yes but I think it depends on the favourite weather. For example,someone who likes hot weather tends to
be pleasant, positive and energy in hot weather. But in cold weather, they can be in a black mood and
become lazy.

5. How often do you watch the weather forecast?

I don't follow the weather forecasts on the TV but I do check a weather app I have on my phone every day

V, Hobbies
1. Do you have any hobbies?/ What do you like doing in your free time?
Yes, I have a lot of hobbies like listening to music, watching movies at theater and hanging out with my
family/friends.
2. How long have you been doing it?
I like listening to music and hanging our with my family/friends when I was a child. I become interested in
watching movies at theater about a few years ago after I saw Mat Biec

About 1 hours a day

5. Do your parents and siblings have the same hobbies?

Not really. Everyone in my family is keen on listening to music and hanging out. But my parents seem don’t
like watching movies. I think they don’t have enough impatient to watch a long movie.

Yes, of course
2. Which cities have you travelled to?
I have travelled to Quy Nhon city where has Ky Co beach. I was overwhelmed by the wonderful natural
scenery of the island with white sand and the clear blue sea. In addition, I can participate in fun activities
and entertainment in Ky Co such as scuba diving, watching coral and fishing.

3. What is the place that left you deepest impression when travelling?
Maybe Ky Co beach in Quy Nhon.I was overwhelmed by the wonderful natural scenery of the island with

4. If you need some useful advice for travelling, who will you ask for?
I will ask my teacher. He is 30 years old but he has travelled to 25 countries

Paris, Dubai, Singapore. I want to visit Paris as my idol live there. I would like to come Dubai and Singapore
because of their beautiful landscapes.

6. Do you prefer package tours or independent travel?


I prefer package tours to independent travel. If I join a tour led by people who know the city/country well,
they will take me to the best places. In addition, they can share more information or history of the
city/country.
