Verified businesses with a business phone number with an approved display name can initiate conversations with the
following number of unique customers in a rolling 24-hour periode

Determination criteria to increase the limit:


• Your phone number status is Connected
• Your phone number quality rating is Medium or High
• In the last 7 days you have initiated X or more conversations with unique customers, where X is your current
messaging limit divided by 2

1. Follow WhatsApp Commerce Policy as stated in https://www.whatsapp.com/policies/commerce-policy/
2. Facebook Account (to create FBBM)
3. Legality Document:
▪ SIUP/NIB
▪ Government-issued business tax document: This could include a tax certificate/NPWP
▪ Business bank statement / Rekening Koran Point 1 – 6 required
▪ Sertifikat/Akta Pendirian (or SK if part of government agency). for Facebook
Business Manager
4. Utilities Billing (Internet/Telephony/Power/Water) with the same address as Legality Document.
Verification
▪ Need consistency in legality name
▪ Suggested using Postpaid Billing if applicable
▪ Ensure phone number stated could receive SMS or call via United States number.
5. Brand owner website (https) completed with address and legal name as stated in Legality Document. Meta tag with
code need to be put in HTML code header of the Website to verify the website.
6. Email address using website domain (https). At least two email required for verification using email Authentication.
7. Link related to business. At least 5 related article link (news, article, blog, etc) required to get Official Business
Account. (Required for registering WhatsApp Official Business Account)
8. WhatsApp image profile.
9. WhatsApp masking name. (Max 255 Char include space)
