ABSTRACT

The cake shop, which enables customers to browse and buy a variety of cake items. The
project is a catalogue of cake-related items organized into several categories. These objects
can be browsed by the user based on categories. The user may select the cake's flavour and
form. The user can add a product to their shopping basket if they like it. When a person wants
to check out, they must first register on the website. Next time, the user may log in using the
same ID and password. Now, customers have the option of paying with a credit card or cash
when the order is delivered. Manual labour requires a lot of time and other resources. The
keeping of records for all the resources is challenging. Additionally, there is a danger of
injury and misapplication. All of these challenges are addressed on our website because
everything is accessible via mobile. By checking the date, our program will offer fast cake
booking. The user information will be recorded in the database throughout the booking
process, which may come in handy often.
INTRODUCTION

Customers may purchase cakes online thanks to the web program known as Online Cake
Ordering. Internet users are rapidly growing. For the purpose of receiving orders from
clients, we have implemented an online cake ordering system. Not only does this program
enhance the client experience, but it also lessens the effort on the cake store staff. An online
cake ordering system would be convenient for the clients. People may quickly purchase
cakes from this online store and choose from a variety of flavours. Users would be able to
choose the cake they desire and pay for it for free. Easy store monitoring is the fundamental
idea driving the demand for a web-based cake shop system. It offers a modular approach and
is user-friendly. Storage of data is simpler. Any report may be checked at any moment by it.
There is less manual labour and paper labour. The system is simple to use and user-friendly.
Each client's name and contact information are added to the record of that customer for future
reference. Following the selection of the item, pounds, tastes, and quantities are also added.
The payment for each user in each day is calculated in a report that is generated at the end of
the day. Customers' shopping times will be shortened. Customers are assisted in placing cake
orders using the online application. This approach will undoubtedly improve the cake's
appearance and increase client happiness. Here, the administrator may only edit or add cake
information. Users may use the system to view and reserve a certain cake. The user can pay
online using a debit card, credit card, etc. Only the admin maintains and supervises the entire
database.
EXISTING SYSTEM

Here, the current approach is manual, which makes it difficult to manage information and
doesn't keep them with enough security. Customer discontent results from the inability to
properly examine the customer's profile. The current system lacks user-friendly interfaces
and information retrieval capabilities for quick access. Finding clients used to take longer
since it included more manual work, including hiring candidates. Admins find it challenging
to keep up with everything.

DISADVANTAGES OF EXISTING SYSTEM

PROPOSED SYSTEM

The planned system aims to create a network of upgraded utilities. All of the drawbacks of
the current system may be resolved by the suggested approach. The solution minimizes
manual labour while providing enough security. It is not possible to ignore the danger or
error since this is a fully developed system that will serve as the foundation for the
administration of the gym over the long term. People may purchase cakes with flavours
using this project's website and pay conveniently. Therefore, it is preferable to reduce the
issues that cake store consumers and workers encounter. We can simply identify the
ingredients in cake.

product id, quality, price, etc.

After viewing all products, user can book the product to select size and automatically
amount can calculate and viewed in user page. User can buy a multiple product using
add to cart option.

In this module used to make payment. This module contains user’s card details like
name, card no, amount etc.
