Note:

1) In the event of any change in the posting of above-mentioned officers, the officer
holding the charge of above-mentioned officers on the date mentioned above will attend
to the above work.

2) All the above-mentioned officers are directed to obtain the required EDI Password for
Export/Import, if they do not have, in order to avoid any inconvenience to Trade.

3) Request for Change of the above posting will not be entertained unless intimated 07 days in
advance, along with sufficient proof of the reason cited and is to the Satisfaction of Pr.
Commissioner (General).
