 We're approaching that time of year where we start thinking about finalizing long-term
plans and strategies for the new year before wrapping up for the Christmas holiday season.
This is a time where the pressure is on more than any other part of the year, to finalize and
close out projects, deadlines, plans, and goals, before close of business. What if we could
make our lives a little easier and reduce the pressure so we can think more clearly and have
more time to spend with loved ones this season?

A year ago, when ChatGPT was just dawning into popularity, or two years ago, when such a
technology had never been heard of in the business world—this would not have been
possible. But now, thanks to generative AI increasing in popularity, business leaders can be
more creative and develop winning business strategies for the year ahead, to solve market
and business challenges and retain competitive edge—and cut back some work time in the
process.

turning, and define some strategic solutions for the new year:

Setting Goals And Steps

"I would first feed ChatGPT with information about our company and the results we want
to achieve. In this step, it is crucial to inform the AI about your customers and describe
them in detail. Then I would input these instructions:

 "Based on the information on our company and current trends, create a list of goals
based on priorities. List all the steps to include in our daily tasks to achieve these goals.
For each goal, develop indicators to ensure we are on the right track. We want to
complete these goals in six months, so create a schedule for each goal to make sure we
know we are on track."

Product/Service Improvement

Dubai-based SEO expert Iurii Nemtcev, recommends this prompt for product and service
improvement for the new year:

"'Generate innovative ideas for product/service improvement.'

By engaging ChatGPT in brainstorming sessions, you're able to explore new features,

services, and processes. The model provides a diverse range of perspectives, assisting our
team in thinking outside the box and considering unconventional solutions.

Jake Munday, an entrepreneur and CEO of Custom Neon, uses this prompt to help him
plan for 2024:

 "As we look to expand our product range, what are some cutting-edge features and
customization options we can introduce in our [product name]? Also, how can we
leverage technology such as AI and AR to enhance the customer experience in product
customization and visualization?"

Market Analysis

Another effective prompt he recommends is:

Nemtcev shares how he utilizes ChatGPT to analyze market trends and insights with
prompts such as:

'Identify emerging trends in the [industry name], [region], and [year] and their potential
impact on our business.'

'Analyze competitors in the market and suggest strategies to outperform them.'

This enables ChatGPT to sift through vast amounts of information, highlighting relevant
trends and ensuring your strategic planning is well-informed by the latest market

"By providing ChatGPT with competitor websites or relevant information, the model can
assist in analyzing their strengths and weaknesses," Nemtcev explains. "This offers
valuable insights into potential opportunities for differentiation and gaining a competitive
edge in the market."

Some business leaders, like Andrey Kozhuhov of CimpleO, have found integrating
ChatGPT4 and self-hosted LLaMa2 into custom workflow is more helpful to juice every
single drop from extensive data storage.

segmenting the data by time periods (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly), product

such as increasing or decreasing sales, popularity of certain products, and shifts in
customer preferences. Pay special attention to periods of significant change, such as
spikes or drops in sales, and correlate these with external events or internal decisions like
marketing campaigns, price changes, or product launches. Also, analyze seasonal
variations to understand peak and off-peak periods. Use visual tools like graphs and heat
maps for clearer insights. Finally, summarize the key findings and propose actionable

satisfaction level, we use a prompt like this," Kozhuhov says:

"Conduct a detailed sentiment analysis of the attached client message history. Evaluate
each interaction on a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 represents extremely negative sentiment
and 10 represents extremely positive sentiment. Focus on identifying keywords, phrases,
and overall tone that indicate the client's level of satisfaction, mood, and happiness.
Consider the frequency of positive versus negative language, the nature of queries or
feedback, response times, and the progression of sentiment over time. Additionally, look
for patterns in sentiment shifts, correlating them with specific events or interactions.
Summarize the findings with an average sentiment score and provide insights on
potential areas of improvement in client relations based on the analysis."

your prompt, the better the output and the more suited for your specific needs as an
entrepreneur, manager, or senior business leader. Using these prompts will help you be
