INTRODUCTION AND VALUES INTEGRATION
After getting to know the Self-Actualization of Abraham Maslow, we will enhance our
learning on transformation. This time you will just watch several short videos. From

these videos you will weave your learnings into a resolution. Bring out your creativity
and ingenuity. Use the language you are most comfortable with. Use words that are
so meaningful to you as you develop a resolution.
More transformers will be introduced on how changes happen in adult learning and on
how the changes in behavior happens.
Again, John Wesley is reminding us to be excellent and accountable in everything.
For whatever cost it takes, offer your utmost and best as a transformer.

SUMMARY/CONCLUSION
John Wesley, Jack Mezirow, Robert Boyd, James Prochaska and Carlo DiClemente
have their rich views of transformative learning. They address the socio-cultural
economic, political and personal dimensions of transformative learning. They greatly
affect change in behavior.
Manifesting rootedness is expressing our firmly rooted foundations. We continue to
manifest this grounded-ness of transformative learning, we embody and model the
transformative learning we have gone through and continue to go through.
