Q1) “Intellectual Property” is an intellectual work, produced by the intellect of


human brain. Explain the nature, scope, kinds and economic importance of
intellectual property.

Q2) Discuss the law relating to assignment and transmission of Copyright in India.

Q3) Explain the provisions relating to compulsory licence under the Patents Act,
1970 with relevant case law.

Q4) Explain Trademark. Explain the provisions for assignment and transmission
of trademark.

Q5) Define Geographical Indication. Explain Prohibition of registration of certain


geographical indications.
