Instructions to Students
Dear Candidates,

As you prepare for the Scholar Spark Talent Hunt Examination, please take note of the
following detailed instructions to ensure a smooth and fair examination process:

> Punctuality: It is essential to arrive at the examination center on time, as indicated in


your hall ticket. Late arrivals may not be permitted to enter the examination hall.

> Hall Ticket Requirement: You must have your hall ticket with you to gain entry into
the examination center. Candidates without a hall ticket will not be allowed to enter.

> Valid ID Card: During the examination, it is mandatory to present a valid ID card for
verification purposes. Accepted forms of ID include Aadhaar card or school ID card.

> Reading Instructions: Carefully read and understand the instructions provided in the
question paper before starting the examination. Adhere to these instructions throughout
the duration of the exam.

> Fair Examination Practices: Avoid any form of unfair means or examination
malpractice. Maintain integrity and honesty during the examination process.

> Prohibited Items: Personal belongings, including electronic devices such as mobile
phones and smartwatches, are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall. The
examination officials will not be responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings.

> Passport Size Photo Affixation: Before reaching the examination center, affix a
passport-size photograph as per the instructions provided. The photograph should be
attested by the head of the institution where you are studying.

> Required Items to Carry: Ensure you have the following items with you when entering
the examination hall:
Admit card, Valid ID proof, Pen (blue/black), Transparent water bottle (if needed)

> Assistance Helpline: If you have any questions or need assistance, do not hesitate to
call the helpline numbers: 8714786111, 8714786222.

Note: You have to keep snacks or lite food with you if you need. No TA (Travel
Allowance) will be provided by the foundation for the examination.
