INTRODUCTION
SYNERGY INFRASTRUCTURES LTD began its journey in 2018 that provides
engineering and construction services in overhead Power Transmission line,
Sub stations, Rural Electrification, and Railway Electrification. The company
has a specialized team in carrying out contract works based on turnkey
solutions in the following areas.

● Reconnaissance and Detailed Survey; Profiling with Tower Spotting

using PLS CADD Software.
● Design & Engineering of Transmission Lines & Substations.
● Installation of Transmission Lines especially the 132kV to 800kV
including Tension stringing.
● OPGW Cable Stringing & its Testing.
● Sub-stations of all types and voltage levels up to 220kV.
● Distribution System & Railway Electrification.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

The business is driven by our Managing Director Mr. Deb Chatterjee, an

Engineering Graduate with other 2 working Directors, collectively they
accumulated more than 70 years of work experience in overhead Power
Transmission Line of voltage level 132kV and up to 800kV, Substation from
33kV to 400kV, Railway Electrification and Rural Electrification. They are
involved in the business development, procurement, project management
and administration of the company.

The management team proactively gathers feedback, identifies changes in

business environment, reviews work processes, resolves key challenges, and
communicates key learning points and company policy to all its staff
members at regular meetings.

Transmission lines, Substation structures and Microwave towers.

Within a short period of time, Trucon has executed design drawing activities
for prestigious clients all over India and overseas, including clients in
Afghanistan, Bhutan, Ethiopia Mauritius, Myanmar, Syria, Saudi Arabia, UAE
etc.

TRUCON is adept and experienced in using various types of Design Codes

like IS, ASCE, IEC, DIN, BS as per customer's requirements TRUCON can
electronically receive and transmit all engineering data enabling faster
response time.

ENGINEERING SERVICES

Transmission Towers Design & Detailing

➢ Design of new transmission line towers as per client specification

ranging from 11KV to 800 kV as per International standards like ASCE,
IES, NESC, ASTM, DIN-VDE and Indian standards.
➢ Checking the safety of the existing transmission line towers for shield
wire/conductor or replacements for specific site loading conditions.
➢ Design and Foundations of new Tower as per soil conditions and
strengthening proposal for existing Tower foundations.
➢ Preparation of Sag Template, Tower Spotting data and Stringing Chart.
➢ Preparation for all tower members. shop drawings
➢ Preparation of detailed Bill of Material for towers.
➢ Design and Drawing of Tower Foundation.
Telecommunication Tower Design & Detailing

➢ Design of new telecommunication tower as per client requirements

with guidelines from TIA/EIA Standards and IS 875 (Indian Standard).
➢ Tower detailing as per International standard.
➢ Proper fitting system of antennas, platforms, ladders, cable trays etc.
as required

Substation Design

➢ Design and drawing of Gantry (beams and columns).

➢ Design and structure of Equipment support structure like CT, PT, CVT
ISOLATOR etc.
➢ Preparation of Raft foundation for Gantries and Equipment support
structures.
➢ Stability strength of plates etc. for proper fitting of electrical
accessories and or lighting position with platforms on structures,
providing rail track for transformers & soak pits.
➢ Proto fitting of the structures, attending Tower Testing solutions for
site problems are some of the additional required services.

The Transmission Line Department of SYNERGY INFRASTRUCTURES offers
complete Turnkey Services for Extra High Voltage Transmission Line,
Substations & Distribution. SYNERGY INFRASTRUCTURES has a highly
professional associate towards complete facilities for Design & Engineering
of Transmission Tower ranging from 66kV to 800KV. The Construction works
are carried out by highly specialized professionals using most advanced
software like MS Project; sophisticated survey equipment like DGPS by
highly efficient transmission line surveyors. The Project Management Team
is managed by some of the best professionals in the industry for working out
the best solution and timely execution of Transmission Line; Substation
Projects & Distribution.

EHV Substations
SYNERGY INFRASTRUCTURES has completed some Substations of voltage
level 33/11 kV however, can presently undertake up to 220kV.
