Fixed Monthly Salary –


With consideration that employees will only be asked to work more than 9 hours per day, without
replacement day offs, around 20% to 30% of the working days of the year.

Fixed Monthly Salary –


With consideration that every employee will have to be billed for a minimum of 160 hours per month.
And, at the end of the month, the bill will be generated based on actual hours worked. For overtime
above 170 hours per month, a previous notice will be requested so that resource can prepare
accordingly.

Terms and Conditions For Expert Engineer Augmentation


1. An MOU has to be discussed and signed before we can go ahead with the augmentation
process.
2. A minimum commitment of one year is needed as the resource will be on-boarded from
our side permanently.
3. We also need, in our agreement for the hiring, a fixed committed annual increment for
each resource.
4. Office Premises and Laptop Device for the employee can either be provided by client, or
taken through us. The rates for which will vary, and are mentioned in the quotation
above.
5. Salary Payment structure contains–
a. Resource’s salary
b. CTC (Cost to company)
c. Resource Training and Monitoring Charges
d. Resource Yearly Bonus (Hishabee will pay us on monthly basis, and will not be
liable to pay the resources bonus)
e. Office and Device charges, if the client wishes to avail those services from us.
6. We pay our employees full salaries including 2 yearly bonuses. And several other
benefits as well. This ensures that the people we work with are super motivated to work
and are always efficient in their performance.
7. All salary payments will be directly made to QA harbor’s bank account and will be
disbursed from us to the augmented experts.
8. Any hiring for less than 1 year, will not be considered for QA Engineer Augmentation,
and we will discuss how to complete the project through on-demand project format.
