Cooking Oil from Food Business Operator-reg.

FSSAI had provisionally enrolled 47 Non Food Production (NFP) tjnits for collection of Used
Cooking Oil as feedstock from Food Business Operators (FBOs).

2. With the approval of Competent Authority the validity of provisional enrollment for
following 23 NFP Units is extended to 30.07.2023 or till registrarion mechanism in the
State/UT gets devised as per clause (xiv) Gazette Notif-rcation dated 30.04.2019 vide. No. p-13039
(18)1112018-CCP (P-26825) issued by Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas for Biodiesel

3. The above mentioned NFP Units and the authorized collection

agencies/aggregators shall be bound by SOPs and guidelines issued by FSSAI from time to
time.

4. FSSAI reserves the right to cancel the enrolrnent of any NFP Units in event of
non-compliance of the guidelines/SOPs or submission of false information.
