DOCUMENTS

EVALUATION SCHEDULE: KEY PERSONNEL ASSIGNED TO THE WORK


The Bidder shall insert in the spaces provided on the following pages details of the key
personnel required tobe in the employment of the bidder or other organization, in order for
the bidder to be eligible to submit a bidfor this project. Certified proof of qualifications and
professional registration (not older than six months) must be appended to these schedules,
together with the Curriculum Vitae of each individual. Failure to attach themwill result in a zero
score.
The Bidder shall list below the personnel that he intends to utilize on the Works, including key
personnel that may have to be brought in from outside if not available locally. The proposed
personnel cannot be replaced without an approval of the employer.
