BMS Info

The document summarizes the battery management system (BMS) for a Fiat micro-vett electric vehicle. There are 10 nodes on the BMS CAN bus that runs at 125 kbps, including 9 battery packs and 1 Ansaldo inverter. The rear battery packs were moved to the front of the car and connected using 9 pin sub-D connectors. A current transformer and current sensor are used to monitor battery current. Relays and fuses for the battery packs are located in a box in the front above the battery. The BMS main circuit board is also in the front and may be the CAN node or master. Battery cell modules use transistors and resistors for balancing individual cells.

BMS
Connections and how (i think!) it works in general
Updated 23. July 2017
Not sure if this is the CAN nodes, or 10
Bms nodes separate units on the MUX bus ?

The BMS CAN bus runs at 125 kbps

There are 10 nodes on it:

9 x battery packs

1 x ansaldo inverter

1 x ??

After repairing connections between battery

packs rear, only two lines ‘inizializzazione.
Why do the two last nodes refuse init ?
