Prerequisite: Basic understanding of computer concepts and basic
programming.
Rationale: This course provides a broad introduction to Azure cloud, infrastructure, services, security and
compliance, also billing, pricing and support plans.

1 cloud models (public, private, hybrid), infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS),
platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and software-as-a-service (SaaS).

Azure Services:
Familiarity with the various Azure services and their common use 20% 6
cases. This includes services like Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App
Services, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and

Knowledge of Azure security features, identity and access

frameworks, and Azure governance methodologies.

models, and the different support options available to Azure customers.

Azure SLA and Service Lifecycles: Familiarity with Azure Service Level 25% 10
