AMVER PROGRA

Steps

1 Ensure that Macros are enabled 1


2 Enter the ship name and call sign below 2
3 Import the route from ECDIS onto computer 3
4 Use OneOcean and convert route to JRC CSV format 4
5 Paste the waypoints in WP Entry sheet 5
6 Fill values in each sheet that are not shaded for the reports 6
7 Copy the report to Memory or to Notepad by clicking the relevant button
8 Do not Erase the data until voyage is completed

After entering Waypoints in WP Entry sheet , Press First Button


Then press Second Button
Now drag the formula from cell K9 all the way to the last empty cell
Copy the report to Memory or to Notepad by clicking the relevant button
If your route has GC Waypoints, remember to change the same in SP manually
Once Voyage is completed, delete all columns below L except the first one

destination. This report properly terminates the voyage
in Amver's computer, ensures the vessel will not appear
on an Amver SURPIC until its next voyage, and allows
the number of days on plot to be correctly updated.
Final Arrival Reports require the A, K, and Z lines. The X

changes which could affect Amver's ability to accurately predict
the vessel's position. Changes in course or speed due to
weather, ice, change in destination, diverting to evacuate a sick
or injured crewmember, diverting to assist another vessel, or any
other deviation from the original Sailing Plan should be reported
as soon as possible. Deviation Reports require the A, B, C, E, F, Ensure
and Z lines. The I and L lines are required if destination or route that data
changes. The I line is always strongly recommended, even when in Sailing
not required. The M, X, and Y lines are optional. (The Y line is Plan is
