Graduation Etiquettes

1. Be respectful of those around you, don’t stand and videotape blocking


others view.
2. Put your cellphone on vibrate during the ceremony and restrain from
posting anything negative or unflattering pictures about the event on
any social media sites.
3. Don’t yell or be really loud when talking.
Processional
Friends, the program will start in a few minutes. Let
us observe silence.
Happy Champions Day! Let us celebrate success THE
MATATAG WAY!
In a few moments, we are going to start our
graduation ceremony. At this point may we invite all our
graduating learners together with their parents to go to
your respective areas for the processional. To maintain
the solemnity of this occasion, may we request all our
guest to please set their mobile phone to silent mode.
Family and guest are expected to show courtesy by
refraining from leaving their seats in order to take
pictures or by talking to graduating learners. May we also
request all photographers and other guest to stay away
from processional area. Thank you for your cooperation.
Processional March
1. Ladies and gentlemen , Please welcome the
candidates for graduation, SY. 2022-2023 escorted by
their parents. This batch is composed of two sections
namely Grade 6 Rizal headed by Mrs. Marites C.
Agana, T3 and Grade 6 Bonifacio headed by Mr.
Vicente Ramon Y. Galindo.
2. Lets us all welcome the Stakeholders of education,
Brgy Officials headed by Mr. Mariano B. Catubuan
and Pta officials.
3. Let us give a glad hand to the pillars of this
institution, the highly esteemed members of the
academic community led by the dynamic and
supportive Public School District Supervisor, Dr. Fe D.
Banez, our Elemetary School Principal Mrs. Mary
Jean U. Basa, together with the vibrant and high
caliber teachers and honored guest.
I- Let us show deference by standing still as we sing the
National Anthem, followed by a Prayer led JHASMINE
VILLASOTO, Grade 6 graduating learner , with honors,
remain standing for the singing of Capiz Hymn and
Municipal Hym, to be played on AIR.

II- Please be seated. To formally open our ceremony,


Please welcome KC NICOLE JARCE, Grade 6 graduating
learner, with high honors.

III- Thank you! To present to you the candidates for


graduation may we call our Elementary School
Principal Mrs. Mary Jean U. Basa. To do the honors of
confirmation, may we request the representative of
our Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Fe D. Banez,
Public School District Supervisor, District of Ivisan.

IV- Congratulations MATATAG Champions!


A certificate of graduation is the tangible evidence of being A
GRADUATE in a certain level of education. This is now the
fruit of each learners endeavor. So to do the honors, we have
on stage are the members of educational community,
Dr. Fe D. Banez, Schools Division Superintendent and
Elementary School Principal Mrs. Mary Jean U. Basa. Lets
proced to the Distribution of Certificate . The citation
reads……
VIII- Ladies and gentlemen , Please welcome our District
Supervisor Dr. Fe D. Banez to read the Deped secretary
message.
IX- Thank you maam!
Todays affair is being graced by a special woman who
will in a minute deliver her words of wisdom to our young
graduates and to their parents as well. To get to know more
of her, May we call our very own Teacher 3 in person of Mrs.
Girlie R. Unating to do the honors in lintroducing our 2023
Guest of Honor and Speaker.

X -May we have on stage our PSDS, Dr. Fe D. Banez, school
principal Mrs. Mary Jean U. Basa, our Brgy. Captain Mariano
B. Catubuan and all the Grade 6 advisers; Mrs. Marites C.
Agana and Mr. Vicente Ramon Y. Galindo for the awarding of
the Plaque of Aprreciation to our guest of honor. The citation
reads……

XI-Thank you so much! Please stay at the center of the stage


as we award the medals and certificates to the honors and
deserving learners.
We will now proceed to the awarding of Honors and
certificates. The citation reads……
ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AWARDEES….
XII- Saying and giving thank you to all the people behind
your success is worth appreciating. At this juncture, may I
call SHILEY MARIE C. ANDRADA, with high honors for the
words of Thanks and gratitude!

XIII- Thank you! May I now call on AKISHA RAMILEE ISADA,


with honors to led the Pledge of loyalty.

XIV- MUSIC is the expression of the soul, it moves the


emotions and feels with the movement of the time through
a song that emphasizes being MATATAG amidst challenges,l
let us hear the graduation song TUPAD NA ANG PANGARAP.

XV- Thank you! At this point the Batch 2023 would have not
reached this far, if not because of people beside them. The
graduates would wish to take this oppurtuniy to thanl their
parents in one way or another.
XVI- Ladies and gentlemen our school principal Mrs. Mary
Jean U. Basa, will give her announcement.

XVII- THE CLOSING has finally arrived. Tomorrow, new


challenges and opportunities await graduates that will
further test their mettle as improving individuals.
As they continue their journey may they look back to this
stage in their life with fondness and pride.
Ladies and gentlemen this concludes the graduation
ceremony of JUAN S. JARENCIO E/S, this has been JEMMA
CATUBUAN MAQUIRAN, thank you for coming and
congratulations.
