Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should be able to run the scrum meetings and manage the assignment of tasks based on project
requirements.
• Ability to interact and coordinate with Business Analysts and the development/testing team
on a continuous basis.
• To check if the team has all the necessary resources to execute the development and
testing activities.
• Updating the Technical Manager regularly about the progress of testing activities.
• Owning the software development process along with the Technical Manager and
ensuring process execution.
• Communicate with the team to deliver the projects on time and in good quality.
• Timely work review to maintain the quality of production.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should have a very good understanding of the overall architecture of the project, data
flow and the way data are organized in the DB.
• Should have very good data skills
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Should be well-versed in the overall development/testing processes
• Should be able to have basic debugging skills and familiarity with tools like Postman,
looking at logs, running queries on DBs to understand the issue and getting it resolved.
