Bring out the cookie dough flatten a little and insert 2 to 3 pcs marshmallows and sealed it making it round again..the cookie dough is still
cold,,if not chill few minutes

Put the cookie dough in a tray lined with parchment or silicone matt(silpat)
And bake on preheated oven 190c
14 to 15 minutes
Until the sides are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool,it will harden the cookie while its cooling

Procedure

The cookie is still soft and it will harden when it turns cold.

Mix until become dough but do not over mix it,then add the chocolate chips and make a quick mix..
Weigh each cookie dough 120 grams and round it
You will have 6 pcs cookies in this recipe
Chill 30 minutes then before the chilling time will finish preheat your oven 200c
