New York Style Black Smore Cookies

Recipe

125 grams room temperature unsalted (Good butter)


¼ cup plus 2 tbspn light brown sugar
¼ cup plus 2 tbspn white sugar
1 large egg
Half of 1 eggyolk
1 tspn vanilla
1 ½ cup All purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
2 tbspn cornstarch
1/2 tspn baking soda
¼ tspn baking powder
¼ tspn salt

¼ cup chopped dark chocolate


¼ cup chopped white chocolate
¼ cup chopped walnuts or cashew nuts
Frozen medium size marshmallows (white)

Instruction

1.Cream butter and sugar until light and fluppy using whisk attachment
2.Add eggs and eggyolk,vanilla
While mixing
3.In another bowl,combine flour,baking soda,cornstarch,cocoa and salt. 4.sift in together with the butter mixture and combine using
(paddle attachment or mix manually using spatula)
Add nuts and chocolate chips make a quick mix

Chill the dough about 2hrs or better overnight. Weigh about 115grams each cookies that makes 6 pcs
Bring out the cookie dough flatten a little and insert 2 to 3 pcs marshmallows and sealed it making it round again..the cookie dough is still
cold,,if not chill few minutes
Then
Put the cookie dough in a tray lined with parchment or silicone matt(silpat)
And bake on preheated oven 190c
14 to 15 minutes
Until the sides are golden brown.

Do not over bake

Remove from the oven and let it cool,it will harden the cookie while its cooling

Store in sealed tight container.

New York Style OreoCookies

Recipe

Recipe

½ cup room temp butter 125grams(unsalted)


1 and ½ cup all purpose flour
¾ cup cocoa dutch procces
½ tspn salt
1 tspnBaking soda
½ tspn baking powder
¾ cup light brown sugar
¾ cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tspn vanilla
200 grams semi sweet chocolate chunks/dark
½ cup chopped walnuts or cashew nuts

Instructions

1.In a mixer Beat the butter together with sugar using whisk attachment until light and fluppy,use spatula to scrape the bottom if needed
2.add vanilla and egg mix it well
3.in another bow combine dry ingredients (flour,cocoa,salt,baking powder and baking soda)
4.change whisk into paddle attachment and add in the dry ingredients and mix until no trace of flour,use spatula to scrape the bottom
Then add the nuts and chocolate chips or chunks.
5.put the dough into ziplock bag or bowl covered with plastic and chill about 1 hrs or overnight
6.weigh the each cookie dough 115 grams
Bake on preheated oven 190c middle rack
14 minutes

If frozen dough add 2 to 3 minutes but do not over bake it

New York Style Red Velvet Cookies

Recipe : 13 cookies

230 grams cold butter


Sugar white and brown 160 white
160 brown
450 grams white choco chips
470 grams all purpose flour
25 grams cocoa 10 black 15 regular cocoa
1 tspn salt
3 tspn baking powder
2 large eggs
1 eggyolk
1 tspn vanilla
Red color paste

Procedure

1.put cubes butter (cold) in mixer using paddle attachment to beat to break the butter
2.add sugar and white chocolate chips or chunk and mix.
3.in a bowl combine flour,salt,baking powder and cocoa powder mix and pour in together with the butter mixture mix medium speed
4.combine eggs,vanilla and red gel paste is recomended about 20 to 30 ml or depends on your liking,mix it and pour in together in the
mixer to bind the mixture.
5.when the cookie mixture is bindend portion each dough 125 grams each and freeze atleast 3 hours or overnight.
6.preheat the oven 180c
Line a baking tray with parchment and bake on middle rack 16-18 minutes
The cookie will spread a little and bake until lightly brown the top if cookies and the bottom is lightly crisp.

The cookie is still soft and it will harden when it turns cold.
New York Style Cookies Classic Chocochip #1

125 grams unsalted butter


100 grams packed of light brown sugar
75 grams whites sugar
1 egg large
1 tspn vanilla
300 grams all purpose flour
1 ½ tspn baking powder
½ tspn baking soda
½ tspn salt
150 grams dark chocochips/ chunks
150 grams milk chocolate chips/chunks

Procedure

Im a mixing bowl using whisck attachment,cream room temperature butter and sugar until light and fluppy,add vanilla and egg and mix it
well,,
In separate bow combine,flour,baking soda,baking powder and salt and sift in to the butter mixture(change wisk to paddle attachment?
Mix until become dough but do not over mix it,then add the chocolate chips and make a quick mix..
Weigh each cookie dough 120 grams and round it
You will have 6 pcs cookies in this recipe
Chill 30 minutes then before the chilling time will finish preheat your oven 200c

And bake your cookies 14 to 16 minutes until lighly brown


You can bake it also 180c but it will take longer baking time

250 grams cold butter unsalted

¾ cup white.sugar

4 tbspn good matcha Powder

½ cup chopped dark chocolate

3.Add the sugar and vanilla.
4.sift in together dry ingredients into the butter mixture

Chill the dough about 2hrs or better overnight. Weigh about 115grams each cookies that makes 6 pcs

Medium size marshmallow

Instruction

1.break the butter using paddles attachment

Recipe: 10 to 12 cookies

250 grams room temperature unsalted (Good butter)


½ cup plus light brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 large egg

1 tspn vanilla
1 tspn blue gel color
3 cups All purpose flour
4 tbspn cornstarch
2 tbspn natural cocoa
½ tspn baking soda
1 ½ tspn baking powder
½ tspn salt
½ cup chopped dark chocolate
1 cup chopped white chocolate
½ cup chopped walnuts or cashew nuts
½ chocolare chips (optional)

Topping
Pcs or oreos
Pcs of graham cracker
Extra white chocolate chunks

Instruction

1.Cream butter and sugar until light and fluppy using whisk attachment
2.Add sugar and vanilla
Continue mixing then add the sugar
3.add blue food gel color and chocolate chunks
4.In another bowl,combine flour,baking soda,cornstarch,cocoa and salt.
5.sift in together with the butter mixture and combine using (paddle attachment or mix manually using spatula)
Add nuts and chocolate chips make a quick mix
This will be hard to mix
6.Now add the eggs to combine all the mixture
7.cover with cling plastic.wrap and chill for 2 hrs
8. Weigh about 120grams each cookies that makes.
9.Put the cookie dough in a tray lined with parchment or silicone matt(silpat) flatten a little
And bake on preheated oven 18pc
14 to 16 minutes
Until the center is set and soft

It will harden as it cools down

While its hot put the toppings such as white chocolates,oreo cookies,chocolate chips and grahams.

Store in sealed tight container.

Nag crave ako sa butterscotch bars ng biscocho house eh kaya eto gumawa ulet
Nag reduce ako ng sugar para gaano matamis
Then sa flour 125 grams qng gamit ko per cups
Sa butter 250 grams

Butterscotch Bars
Ingredients for 13x15 inches pan
Lined with parchment paper
Dry
3 cups flour (all purpose flour)
1 tspn salt
2 tspn baking powder
Wet
1 cup margarine/butter softened
2 1/2cups light brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tspn vanilla extract
2-3 tbspn glucose para chewy
2 cup cashew nuts unsalted roasted
Baking temp 175-180c preheated oven
30-40 minutes or until the center is firmed
Note you can use 8x8 inches pan for half recipe or brownie pan

Basta basahin molang instruction ko sa baba

Set A
1 cup all purpose.flour
1/2 cup cocoa.powder
1/2 tspn salt
1 1/2 tspn baking powder

Sugar 1 1/2 cup


3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tspn vanilla
3 eggs large

150 grams melted dark chocolate

Mix dry set A

Set aside

Mix.sugar oil with whisk until ma melt yung sugar ng onti yan isa sa nagpapa shining shimmering ng top ng brownie

Tapos lagay itlog batihin mopa panggigilan mo ng konti tapos tama na lagyan ng vanilla

Lagay na ang set A wag i over mix mwala.lang trace ng flour stop.na tapos.ilagay na ang chocolate na melted

Lagay sa brownie pan or 9*9.square pan with parchment paper

Bake 180c 20 to 25 minutes


Moist Banana bread

250 grams flour all purpose (2cups)


1 tspn baking soda
1/2, tspn cinnamon powder
1/2 tspn salt
1/2 tspn vanilla

3 banana overipe pero hindi bulok mashed para sa 1 cup mashed banana
1 1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 plus 2 tbspn oil
2 eggs
150 ml evap milk plus 1 tspn vinegar mix then let it sit.for 5 to 10 mins para mag curdle
1/4 cup Chopped walnuts
1/4 cup raisins

Grease and flour baking pan

Bake 180c 30 to 45 mins until done

Note this is 1 pan recipe

Mix muna ang gatas at suka


Prepare ang pan
Mix and dry ingredients wag sama ang asukal

Sa isang bowl
Lagay ang asukal at iba pang ingredients
Haluin hanggqng sa walang buo
Ibake sa preheated oven 180c
30-40 mins
