"In my class, I create a good and fun learning space. I am friendly but also clear about what's expected. We talk about the
rules together, and I make sure everyone respects each other. I use activities where we all work together, making learning
interesting. By being supportive and positive, I see that students want to join in and follow the rules. If there are any
issues, I solve them quickly, so we can keep learning happily. My goal is to have a nice and enjoyable class while still
learning important things in a structured way."
LESSON PLAN
"When I plan my lessons, I focus on all aspects of language—listening, speaking, reading, and writing. I want students to
understand grammar and vocabulary while also becoming good at using English in real-life situations. I use different
activities, like discussions, videos, and exercises, to match how each student learns. We start with interesting topics, and I
guide them through activities to practice each skill. We talk a lot, read to understand better, and write creatively. I check
how well they're doing regularly, so I can adjust our lessons to fit what they need. My goal is to make lessons structured,
interesting, and cover everything students need for a complete language learning experience."
HOW I INTERACT WITH MY STUDENTS
"In my class, I want everyone to feel comfortable and part of the group. I'm friendly and approachable while keeping
things professional. I take time to know each student's background and how they like to learn. This helps me teach in a
way that works for everyone. I respect everyone's differences, creating a class where everyone feels included. I often ask
students for their thoughts and ideas, making the learning more interesting. We talk openly, and I listen to what they have
to say. This helps us work together well and makes our class a supportive community. I make sure to be friendly while
still being the teacher, so everyone has a good learning experience."
TEACHING EXPERIENCE
"I've been teaching for a few years now. In 2020, I started at Arturo Eichler School, teaching English to 6th, 7th, and 9th-
grade students. I also helped 9th graders as a tutor for six months.
In 2022, I moved to Alexander von Humboldt School. For the past two years, I've mainly taught English to 8th and 9th
graders and tutored 8th graders. But recently, I've taken on more challenges. Besides English, I now teach Social Studies
and Spanish Language. With 8th graders, I teach language in Spanish. For 11th graders, I explore a special area in Social
Studies about citizen rights. This varied experience helps me teach effectively, adapting to different subjects and grades."
TEACHING METHODOLOGY
"In my class, I use different methods to make learning interesting. We don't just sit; we do things! I teach grammar by
doing activities that show how to use it in real life. We also use music to improve language skills and have fun. I like role
plays, where students act out different situations, making it creative and helping them express themselves.
We often discuss things to think critically and understand better. Reading and listening are important, so we use
interesting texts and audio materials that match what students like. Everyone has to be active, so we do things together,
like group discussions and hands-on activities.
My teaching style is a mix of old and new ways, creating a friendly class where grammar is part of a bigger picture. I
want students to love learning, not just in class but everywhere."
TO DEMOSTRATE MY SKILLS WITH MY OWN EXAMPLE
"At Arturo Eichler School, I had a challenge with a 9th-grade class struggling with complex grammar. To help, I used
activities like group discussions and role-playing. Students not only improved grammar but also teamwork skills.
At Alexander von Humboldt, tutoring 8th graders, I saw the importance of individual attention. I used different ways of
teaching to match how each student learns. For example, I gave creative projects, letting students show what they know in
their own way.
Last year, teaching English, Social Studies, and Spanish, a special moment was with my 11th-grade class. We studied
citizen rights using videos, real-life stories, and discussions. It helped them think critically and understand the topic
deeply. These experiences show I adapt my teaching to each class, creating a positive environment and a complete
approach to education beyond just books."
