EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Taychi’s best Notchee roll is one of the best in the sales throughout the

School. Taychi’s products are sold within the vicinity of Canitoan National High

School. While Taychi’s sales has half way down over the past month. While Taychi

Company maintains the quality of our product, it is not capable of hosting an e

commerce platform for online sales as of now. Taychi Company sales occur only in

its brick and mortar facilities and the company is losing potential customers to

competitors who provide online sales.

Our company marketplace is healthy and shows a continued growth as

we continued. Our target market is only with in the vicinity of Canitoan National High

School and our competitors only is our co-student. So we decided to create a

product that something new to be able to compete with them because somehow this

is just the only way to be competitive enough and overcome the challenge when we

talk about the market place. Taychi Company is in a position to capitalize on its

marketplace by existing best practices, and an aggressive marketing and sales

campaign to ramp up the company’s growth projections for the foreseeable future.

As we go over or continue our product we use to do an effective plan for an

efficient selling. Our Company’s direct sales action is expected to take six months of

launching. We conducted a schedule of turning point if something’s happen that

could barely affect our business, as what we’ve been planning all the way. We need

to follow this schedule to obtain the target market and achieve the “quota “.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Innovating a product could make it more attractive and catchier to the eyes of

many. As an entrepreneur this is our main goal. Attracting a customer could make

your business progressive and productive. All we need to do is to persuade them

using the beauty of our product. Taychi Company is considering a move to create

and provide efficient and effective platform from which to sell its existing product line.

By offering our products through a persuasive platform, Taychi Company can market

its products to an entirely new and affordable goods, and allow customers to

purchase our products from the convenience of their own consumptions.

We started this product because we wanted to try something new with our

valued customers as what they’ve said, it could be better if we use to follow what is

in demand or we follow what the customers desire. As a newbie entrepreneur, we

need also to follow the guides and procedures of a business to make a fair and good

relation to the customer.

Our Company will differentiate our competitors in order to appeal to

customers satisfaction. To do this, Taychi company will utilize its practice of

personalizing its product which it is currently offers customers that something new

could create something better. “Isn’t amazing?”, which we can assure you that “If

you palit you busog!”

TECHNOLOGY CONSIDERATIONS

Using any considerations that organization must make with regards to

technology is having an advantage. Using technology to introduce a product is

better and it is more accessible. But in our case, since our target market is the

students of Canitoan National High School. We did not use any technology instead

we use our communication skill to capture the attention of our target market by doing

a direct selling.
PRODUCT/SERVICE MARKETPLACE

A market place always has a competitors and a threats. As an entrepreneur it

is necessary for us to conquer any of this. By conquering all of this it would help your

business to be productive, progressive and effective.

Our target market is only with in the vicinity of Canitoan National High School

and our competitors only is our co-student. So we decided to create a product that

something new to be able to compete with them because somehow this is just the

only way to be competitive enough and overcome the challenge when we talk about

the market place.


MARKETING STRATEGY

In order to be successful, Taychi Company must differentiate ourselves from

competitors in order to appeal to customer’s satisfaction. To do this, Taychi

company will utilize its practice of personalizing its product which is it is currently

offers customers in a good way.

Taychi Company will be doing a more effective way of offering our product to

customers. Additionally, our company will offer a more affordable and cheapest way

as we can, if needed. It is important to note that Taychi Company current marketing

and sales staff will require a practice in direct marketing and sales. This practice will

need to be as part of our startup costs.

ORGANIZATIONAL AND STAFFING


Our company’s direct sales are not significantly affect the organizational

structure. All of our action will work within existing group and report to the one who

leads the group.

Staffing Position # 1: Direct Sales Leader – this full time position will lead sales staff

in identifying sales opportunities and the person behind this will report to Taychi’s

leader.

Staffing Position # 2: Direct Marketing Leader – this full time position will lead

marketing staff in identifying target customer group and conducting marketing efforts

to Taychi’s marketplace. The person behind this will report to Taychi’s leader.

SCHEDULE

The Taychi Company’s direct sales action is expected to take six months of

launching. The following is our schedule of turning point if something’s happen that

could barely affect our business and this are the things that we need to follow, as

what we’ve been planning all the way.

June 2019 : Initiate Planning

July 2019 : Testing and free tast of our product and starting

“Pagpamaligya”

August 2019 : Rest and planning new product

September 2019 : Continuing “ Pagpamaligya “

October 2019 : Continuing “ Pagpamaligya “ with a new product

November 2019 : Evaluating our business if our company runs good or well

FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATION

Based on the information presented in this feasibility study, it is recommended

that Taychi’s Company approves the direct sales or selling and it is highly beneficial

to the organization and has a high probability of success. As an entrepreneur we are

more likely and giving importance on meeting up the costumer’s satisfaction, the

quality of our product produce, producing what is necessary and the desires of the

costumers and of course earning profit was or main goal.

We know all of those successful business nowadays starts only from a simple

one. But because of their hard work, they used to be one of those progressive

company. And in our case, of course we are starting right now as a small group. We

run this business as a student and it is not that easy but we really need to manage

our time in order for us to meet our “quota” or shall we say our target profit. But we

admit we don’t usually do this. One of the reason why is that we are sometimes lazy

enough to this important thing. This is all about our behaviors as some

entrepreneurs. So we really recommend that we must manage our time to be able to

finally meet what is necessary. Now, talking about our product we really need to step

up or shall we say innovate and make changes because not all the time the

costumer will like it. So it is only a matter of making something better to be one of
those successful entrepreneur. Hence, doing the both of this could make our

business an efficient, effective and progressive one.
