6. Transfer Certificate of Done w/ copy but needs to be certified
Title certified by Registry
of Deeds
7. Deed of Sale/ Contract Done w/ copy (Contract of Lease ARECO)
to sell if TCT is not in the
name of the applicant
8. Latest Tax Declaration None
9. Latest Tax Receipt None
