Symptom
1. After the budget distribution from a program position to a measure (project or
order), the active status "Insufficient budgeting" (ISBD) of the top WBS element or the
order is not cancelled although the new budget value of the measure does no longer
exceed the tolerance limit.
2. After budgeting a project or order, the active status "Insufficient budgeting" (ISBD)
is not cancelled, although the new budget value does no longer exceed the tolerance
limit.
Or:
3. After the activation type of availability control has been set from '1' or '2' to '0'
(inactive) in the budget profile, availability control is deactivated in budgeting after
"saving" again. However, the status "Insufficient budgeting" (ISBD) or "Availability
control active" (AVAC) is not cancelled although availability control has been
successfully set to inactive.

Solution
Implement the attached changes in your system.
This correction prevents the error from occurring again.
To delete the status set incorrectly you must proceed as follows for your project or your
order:
The Transactions KO30 or KO32 are available for orders, the Transactions CJBV or CJBW for
projects.
