Description

UPS SYSTEM

Design, manufacture, assembly, supply, loading, unloading, storing, shifting, installation, testing, delivery and
commissioning of 150/250 kVA (or nearest rating) Frame size Modular UPS having 6/5Nos. of 25kW/30kW
(Numeric/Eaton/Vertive) modules with Continuous rating, online, double conversion operating modular type 3 ph
input and 3 ph output UPS system with IGBT rectifier. The UPS Module Cabinet shall consist of a Breaker & breaker
cabinet, rectifier / charger, a three-phase inverter, static transfer switch, logic, synchronizing equipment, protective
devices, and accessories as required for proper operation.
(For Work station/Emergency Lighting). Make :Numeric/Eaton/Vertive / client/consultant Approval

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning

Supply, loading, unloading, shifting, storing, installation, testing and commissioning of 2 string Battery banks of
requisite quantity and AH rating suitable for 150KVA (Continuous rating) online, double conversion operating on
conventional mode UPS system with one suitably rated DC circuit breaker on each string with all necessary
interconnecting links/wiring for each of above UPS units with 15 minutes back up at rated load. Battery shall be of
the sealed maintenance free Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) stationary type 12V blocks conforming to technical
specification.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning

commissioning of 75/80 kVA (or nearest rating) Frame size Modular UPS having 3/4Nos. of 25kW/20kW
(Numeric/Eaton/Vertive) modules with Continuous rating, online, double conversion operating modular type 3 ph
input and 3 ph output UPS system with IGBT rectifier. The UPS Module Cabinet shall consist of a Breaker & breaker
cabinet, rectifier / charger, a three-phase inverter, static transfer switch, logic, synchronizing equipment, protective
devices, and accessories as required for proper operation.
(For Work station/Emergency Lighting). Make :Numeric/Eaton/Vertive / client/consultant Approval

cabinet, rectifier / charger, a three-phase inverter, static transfer switch, logic, synchronizing equipment, protective
devices, and accessories as required for proper operation.
(For Emergency Lighting). Make :Numeric/Eaton/Vertive / client/consultant Approval

CABLING SYSTEM

Supply, loading, unloading, shifting, storing, installation, testing and commissioning of fine annealed tin coated copper
conductor as per IS10241 part 3, special core insulation. HR PVC braided with Glass fiber, coverage second layer of
braid with nylon fibre, temp -35C to 105C Uni Nyvin cable of requisite size for interconnection between battery,
battery breakers and the respective 150KVA UPS Units.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning

Supply, loading, unloading, shifting, storing, installation and commissioning Uni Nyvin, cable termination with Single
compression cable gland, Ring type copper lugs and necessary steel bolts for interconnection between battery, battery
breakers and the respective 150KVA UPS Units.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning

REMOTE ALARM PANEL (Location BMS Room)

Supply, loading, unloading, shifting, storing, installation, testing and commissioning of Remote Alarm Panel with buzzer
and display for (1 x 150kVA + 1 x 80kVA) UPS units as required with interconnecting signal cables drawn in PVC conduit
and flexible PVC conduits, fixing of conduit with necessary accessories, supports etc. Complete as per technical
specification. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of conduits, flexible conduits and necessary fixing accessories,
supports etc. Remote Alarm Panel with hooter and aprox 50 meter cable for monitoring each UPS units.
