On completion of slab work of 20th floor of respective block 5%
On completion of slab work of 25th floor of respective block 5%
On completion of slab work of 30th floor of respective block 5%
On completion of slab work of 35th floor of respective block 5%
On completion of slab work of 40th floor of respective block 5%
On completion of flooring work of respective flat 5%
On Completion of Putty & Primer for respective flat 5%
On completion of Fixers (Electrical & Plumbing) of respective flat 5%
Against Registration/Handover 5%
Other Terms & Conditions:
1) Booking confirmation will be done on receipt of 10% consideration
2) Every payment should be paid along with GST

3) Stamp Duty and other statutory fees/taxes to be paid as applicable, Stamp Duty is subject to change from time to
time based on government norms without any prior notifications.
4) In case of Cancellation after sale Agreement, Rs.1,50,000/- will be deducted as Cancellation charges
5) Water Connection charges to be paid at the time of application of connection to HMWSSB(Hyderabad
Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board)

6) Registration on receipt of total consideration
