• Established in 1990, we are a firm of Chartered Accountants, with over 25 years of presence. The
firm is in the field of Audit, Assurance, Taxation and Risk Advisory including corporate, legal and
Information System & Security audits.

• We are based in Chennai with Offices in Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Delhi, Madurai and
Vishakhapatnam.

• Our strength lies in our strong team of 6 partners, 7 qualified professionals excluding partners and
a team of 80+ members.

Co-Founder of the firm. A member of the three professional accounting
bodies of India; his areas of specialization includes corporate finance
and capital market. A regular speaker at the professional seminar
circuit on areas relating to corporate finance, investments and markets,
both in India and internationally.

His consulting engagements include business and derivative valuations,

financial planning and strategy mapping.

He is a member of all the three professional accounting bodies of India. He is

also a CIMA from ICMA, UK.

He has extensive experience both in Industry and in practice, across

Manufacturing, Real Estate & Hospitality and BFSI, both in India & abroad.

His areas of expertise include, Accounting & Business valuation, Financial

T MANOJ KUMAR JAIN, Partner

A Fellow Chartered Accountant with more than ten years of experience
in audit and business services.

He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from IIA, USA; a Certified

Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA, USA, and also holds a
Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, UK.

Manoj has been involved in the audit of a wide variety of clients and
industries, with specific focus on risk management and Information
Security. His professional work has been in the area of statutory and tax
audits, internal audit including risk assessments and designing of internal
controls.

He also has on-going experience in providing information security audit

for banks and large enterprises. He also has significant responsibility in the

A Fellow Chartered Accountant with more than eight years of experience
in audit and indirect taxation. He is the Managing partner of our Madurai
branch.

He is a Diploma in Information Systems Auditor (DISA) from ICAI. He also

holds certificate on Concurrent Audit and Indirect Taxes from ICAI.

Mariappan has been involved in the audit of a wide variety of clients and
industries, with specific focus on Taxation and Banking. His professional work
has been in statutory and tax audits, Bank audits, VAT and Service tax
compliances.

He also has on-going experience in providing specific MIS reporting, and

functional support for ERP implementation in companies.

He is actively involved in the Madurai branch of SIRC and is the Vice

Chairman of the Branch. He was a past Secretary of Madurai branch of
SIRC, and a past SICASA Chairman of the Branch.

A Fellow Chartered Accountant with more than fifteen years of experience,
in Information Security and IT Audits. He heads the firm’s IS & Risk Advisory
services.

He is a CISA, CISSP, ISO 25999- Systems Implementation, ISO 27001 Lead

Auditor and holds Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA), Post Graduate
in Diploma in Cyber Laws, and Cyber Crime and Information Security.

Chandrasekhar has been involved in the audit of a wide variety of clients

and industries, with specific focus on Information Security and IT Audits.

He also has on-going experience in providing information security audit for

banks, insurance companies and large enterprises and regulatory driven
audits in the field of Information Security. He has experience in performing
PCI-DSS Compliance Pre-Audits, ISO 27001 Pre-Audits, SSAE 16 Audits and
Information Technology Act, 2000 compliance review.
