This accomplishment report aims to outline the successful conduct


RATIONALE of the National Assessment Level II in Computer Systems
Servicing for recipients of the Joint delivery Voucher Program.
The assessment was designed to evaluate the participants'
competencies in computer systems servicing and provide them
with a nationally recognized qualification to enhance their career
prospects in the ICT industry.

• To assess the participants' proficiency in computer systems


OBJECTIVES servicing, including hardware and software troubleshooting,
repair, and maintenance.
• To validate the skills acquired through training and practical
experience, as provided by the Joint delivery Voucher
Program.
• To grant successful participants the National Certificate
Level II qualification in Computer Systems Servicing,
issued by TESDA.

The National Assessment Level II in Computer Systems


ACTIVITY DESIGN Servicing for Joint Delivery Voucher Program Recipients was a
momentous event that took place over at MERCC-Society
Academy Incorporated. The 30 student recipients were divided
into three batches. The first batch was assessed in July of 2018.

The second batch will be on July 19, and the third batch will be
on July 26.

The assessment started at 8 a.m. and lasted up to 3 p.m. in the


afternoon. The assessor and TESDA representative are very
strict with the protocol of the assessment process. As the JDVP
Focal person, I have provided the needed pictures and IDs of the
students to complete their TESDA forms.
Throughout the assessment, the dedication and enthusiasm of
the participants were evident. Despite the challenges and
pressures, they approached each component with determination
and focus. Their commitment to excellence and the pursuit of
knowledge exemplified the essence of the Joint Delivery
Voucher Program. 12 out of 20 students passed the said
assessment on batches 1 and 2. Batch 3 will be assessed on July
26, 2023, as per the TESDA representative.
