DENGUE DUO
• Old dengue duo test kit = 18-20mins reading time

10 uL of px. serum

100 uL of px. serum + 3 drops of diluent

INTERPRETATION:

IgG = REACTIVE
IgG IgM = NON-REACTIVE
IgM REACTIVE
NS1 = POSITIVE
NS1 = NEGATIVE ✓ Check the label (px. Name OR accession number) it
depends on STAFF on duty
✓ Make sure that there is NO BUBBLES

CRP <6mg/dl
• Do not freeze it should be stored @ 2-8 deg cel.
• The kit is use for in vitro diagnostic use only.
