Reapiring of PSV's is not included in this package

Any repairing and part changing is charged accordingly

Note: This Proposal does not include any hardware. All replacement hardware will be in clients scope/ charged seperately

Quotation Specific Terms & Conditions:

Payment Terms : 70% Advance , 30 % before heading over the calibration certificates onsite
 Taxes : GST is not included in quotation. If any services tax is levied by the Govt at the time of invoice, same shall be passed
on to the Client.

Idle Working Period : If client is unable to make available the object/machinery to be tested along with work permit and opening of
necessary connections then ZAAVIYA TECHNOLOGIES will charge for time delay if more than 1 hour per day on
Pro Rata basis calculated from job completion time and total amount of PO.

Order Cancellation : Order Cancellation after issuance of PO before confirming the payment will be charged at 10% and cancellation of
order after confirming the payment will be charged at 25% of total contract value. However
100% contract value will be paid in the event of cancellation of order after equipment or ZAAVIYA TECHNOLOGIES
team has left for site or the client has been intimated.

Package Price: Proposal is based on packaged prices and breakup is given only as a formality. Individual equipment rates may vary
considerably if required separately considering size of order, equipments, mobilization charges, engineer charges and
all other constant efforts. These prices cannot be treated as a benchmark for any future references at all. These prices
must remain confidential document between the CLIENT & ZAAVIYA TECHNOLOGIES.

Late Payment: Late payment charges will be 1% of contract value per day. ZAAVIYA TECHNOLOGIES will not charge any
additional amount if payment will be done within 30 days of invoice submission date. Client's internal documentation
or procedures should not cause any delay in releasing outstanding amounts.

Quote Acceptance: Before PO, each page of this proposal should be signed and returned back to us as a token of acceptance. Accepted
Proposal number, revision number and date of issue will be made part of the contract. In case of conflict in T&C of
client PO and our proposal, ZAAVIYA TECHNOLOGIES T&C will take precedence.

Transportation: Borne by Customer

Boarding/Lodging: Borne by client, if required

Pick & Drop: Pick & Drop from Airport, Station or Bus stand & from accommodation to site & back will be Client’s responsibility.

Meals: Meals and refreshments during site work will be provided by the client. If boarding lodging has been arranged by
client then it will cover Breakfast and Dinner as well. During late working hours Client will arrange for Dinner,
Breakfast, Tea etc.

Reimbursement: Reimbursement of charges if any will be charged to the Client at actual + 10%.

Employment Offer: Client will not offer any job (whether permanent or contractual) or services contract to ZAAVIYA TECHNOLOGIES
employee during the course of this job and 2 years thereafter.

The terms, conditions and prices contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale in this quotation and in any ZAAVIYA TECHNOLOGIES Q uotation are
Confidential Information and Customer will not disclose these terms & Prices to any third party without the express prior written authorization of
ZAAVIYA TECHNOLOGIES.
