RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Responsible for Static Equipment Maintenance (Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Cooling
Towers, Valves, Pipelines) And Rotary Equipment Maintenance (Pumps, Air and Gas
Compressors, Fans, And Gas Engine, Diesel Engine).
 Perform the schedule and preventive maintenance of Equipment’s

 Maintenance of various types of Valves (Ball, Gate, Butterfly, PRV, Globe and
Check valve).
 Responsible for Cleaning and maintenance of well line And Pump strainer.
 Following and issuing work permit of plant safety norms.
 Wear all appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain and
clean work area.
 First line maintenance like Glycol particulate/Charcoal filter replacement and
Cartridge filter replacement, purging of pressure, and gland tightening.
 Changeover of pumps, compressor, filters and heat exchanger by following SOP.
 Oil level makeup in pumps and in tanks of compressor.

PUMP
 Dismantling and re-assemble of centrifugal and reciprocating pump, Piston
pump, Gear pump, Pneumatic pump.
 Overhauling the pumps and pump’s bearing, pump flange, shaft alignment
and pump casing, impeller, bearing, shaft, seal and pump packing.
 Align the pump and motor using Rim and face method (axial& radial) and get
accurate result.
COMPRESSOR
 Overhauling air and gas compressor both rotary as well as reciprocating and
maintaining the required clearance for piston ring gap.
 Changing intake and exhaust valve, Replace piston and piston rod, crankshaft,
connecting rod, Cross-Head, lubrication oil filter as well as maintenance of
lubrication oil circuit and cooler.

SEPARATOR
 Having experience in 2-Phase, 3-Phase (Horizontal & Vertical) Separator
maintenance to change Mist Extractor, Inlet Diverter.
 Done Hydro Test and Pneumatic Test.

HYDRO &PNEUMATIC TESTING


 Experience in Hydro test and Pneumatic Test of all Valves, Pipes and vessels
pressurized by High Pressure Pump to set the operation waiting for 30
minutes, check leakage.

GAS ENGINE/DIESEL ENGINE


Responsible for the service and Normal maintenance of gas engine and diesel

 Maintenance and cleaning of centrifugal oil filter.


 Responsible for cleaning and replacement of Air filter and Lube oil filters.
 Able to maintain Tappet clearance of suction and exhaust valve by filler
gauge.
 Maintain the temperature of the cylinder.

PSV CALLIBRATION
 Responsible for PSV Set pressure setting.
 PSV seat maintenance and lapping.

FIRE &SAFETY
 Familiar with operation of fire extinguisher like AFFF, DCP and CO2.
 Knowledge of fire safety, PPE set, LOTO, SCBA and Permit to work procedure.
