Enter REGISTRATION NUMBER(USN), NAME, COURSE, SEMESTER b, Select "T¥PE OF PAYMENT 2" check box ¢. Select "Exam Fees" in the dropdown menu dn Exam Fees Check box list, select "the appropriate exam" and enter the appropriate amount. @. Click on the submit button. 4. Once the payment is made, it will redirect to the HDFC page, 5. Click on the "OK Horizon" button. 7. Itwill redirect to examination application form 8. Fill the exam application, submit it and take a print out. 9. For taking the printout of payment receipt, follow steps 1-3. In ONLINE PAYMENT HDFC BANK MODULE page, at the bottom of the page you wil find a text box, Syuer the REGISTRATION NUMBER (USN) and click on "Print e-receipt" button, and download the receipt.
