REACH SVHC (EC 1907/2006)

In accordance with nVent’s ESG commitments and article 33 of EC 1907/2006, we continuously strive
to deliver products and services that reduce environmental and health and safety impacts when used
for their intended purpose and in accordance with the performance conditions stated in our product
documentation.

nVent declares to the best of our knowledge, based on supplier responses or our own ongoing due
diligence, that our Electrical & Fastening Solutions (EFS) products and packaging are manufactured in
compliance with the REACH Regulation (EC 1907/2006).The presence of any substance specified in
the REACH ECHA Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) candidate list
(https://echa.europa.eu/candidate-list-table) in nVent products is set out in the below table. EFS brands
that are in-scope for this declaration are Caddy, Eriflex, Erico and Lenton.

Because we know regulations, standards and available information continues to evolve, nVent closely
monitors, investigates, communicates, and exercises ongoing due diligence within our supply chain to
ensure we continue to meet our obligations under the REACH SVHC Regulation. In the event that
nVent becomes aware of the presence of a substance on the SVHC list, whether through investigation,
testing, or notification from a supplier, we will promptly notify appropriate authorities under the
regulation and amend the attached table to reflect the same.
