Veeam Cloud Connect backup is a powerful solution that allows organizations to securely
backup your data to a Mieux cloud infrastructure. To successfully use Cloud Connect Endpoint
Backup as a tenant, there are several prerequisites that need to be met. These prerequisites
ensure the smooth operation and data protection of your endpoints. In this document, we will
outline the essential requirements and steps to prepare for Cloud Connect Endpoint Backup as
a tenant.
Prerequisites
As a tenant, you need to have a relationship with a Veeam service provider who offers Veeam
Cloud Connect services. We are happy to be your service provider.
Authentication credentials and access details will be shared by the Mieux Cloud Service
provider.

Internet Connection
A reliable and decent internet connection is essential for data transfer between your endpoints
and the service provider's infrastructure. Ensure that your internet connection meets the
bandwidth requirements specified by the service provider.
Firewall Configuration
Ensure that your firewall allows traffic to and from the service provider's Veeam Cloud Connect
infrastructure. The required ports and protocols should be opened as specified by the service
provider.
Port Protocol Direction Purpose
6180 TCP / UDP Bidirectional Transport data from the tenant side to the SP
side

Please make sure following urls are whitelisted for uninterrupted cloud backup
