RESOLUTION NO. 01 Series of 2024

A REOLUTION APPROVING THE THREE (3) YEARS COMPREHENSIVE


BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN (2024-2026) OF THE
SANGGUNINANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY BULAK, DUMANJUG, CEBU

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 8 of the Republic Act No. 10742, otherwise


known as the “Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015” and its implementing
rules and regulations, the SK, in consulting and with the concurrence of the Katipunan
ng Kabataan, shall formulate a three (3) year rolling plan, which shall be known as
Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP).

WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP)


shall be aligned with the Philippine Youth development Plan (PYDP) and the Local
Youth Development Plan (LYDP) of the City/ Municipality.

WHEREAS, the CBYDP shall give priority to programs, projects, and activities
that will promote and ensure the equitable access to quality education, environmental
protection, climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction and resiliency, youth
employment and livelihood, health, anti-drug abuse, gender sensitivity, sports
development, and capability building which emphasizes leadership training.

WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP)


shall serve as the legal basis for the preparation of Annual Barangay Youth
Investment Program (ABYIP). NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of KK member Rhea Mae
Baylosis and duly seconded by KK Member Lilly Mae Villalon and all KK’s present be
it;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Kabataan of


Barangay Bulak in meeting assembled, to approve Resolution 01, series of 2024
entitled A REOLUTION APPROVING THE THREE (3) YEARS COMPREHENSIVE
BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN (2024-2026) OF THE SANGGUNINANG
KABATAAN OF BARANGAY BULAK, DUMANJUG, CEBU.

RESOLVED FURTHER to furnish copies to the Sangguniang Barangay, DILG,


LYDO, Municipal Budget Office, and other government agencies concerned for their
information.

APPROVED this 11th day of February 2024 at Brgy. Covered Court, Bulak,
Dumanjug, Cebu.
