Experiment 3 &4

The document describes an experiment to familiarize with the CD4046A CMOS Phase Locked Loop IC. The experiment involves designing an FM modulator and demodulator circuits using the 4046 IC. Key steps include selecting component values to set the center frequency and capture/lock ranges, building the modulator and demodulator circuits, and observing the input, modulated, and demodulated outputs.
