MFH Untamed30
a fitness lifestyle for the past 20 years. Throughout this Journey I have
experienced 12 years of powerlifting, 4 years of Crossfit and now
currently Kettlebells, Mace and Calisthenics only. I have learned what I
feel, works and what doesn’t. We are busy individuals and we want things
taught efficiently so we can benefit from them.
This is a 30 day plan based on a Split that suits your schedule, and a commit-
ment to high Quality movements with a Single known mission of, you will get stron-
ger once you complete these Untamed 30.
Each day will be compiled of one Main Lift and one Video
demonstrated Finisher.
