Cheque /DD Drop Box: 9AM to 3 PM, MON to SAT all working days (2ndand 4th Saturday School
Closed)

IMPORTANT: On the reverse of Cheque/DD, Please write Admission number, Student’s name,
Class, Section and Mobile number of the student.

1 Cheques / drafts favouring “BML MUNJAL GREEN MEDOWS SCHOOL” will be accepted.
2 Separate Cheque/DD for each student to be deposited.
3 As Per CBSE directions cash will not be accepted.
4 Fee must be paid by the “Due Date of Payment”. If fee is not paid by the “Due Date of Payment”
a late fee of Rs. 10/- per day including all holidays, will be charged from the “Due Date of
Payment” and till the day of payment of fee.
5 Postdated cheque will not be accepted.
6 Receipt of fee can be seen/printed on ERP Parent portal within 5 working days after deposit
of cheque. Fee invoice can be downloaded from ERP (In My Fee option)
7 Cheque returned by the bank on which it is drawn, for any reason whatsoever shall be treated
as non-payment of dues shall be charged towards expenses along with the late fine and
additional penalty as the case may be. In case of cheque bouncing, fee will be accepted only
through Demand Draft/Online including the penalties.
8 Issuing of fee reminders is not mandatory for school. Parents are expected to deposit the fee
as per the above schedule.
9 All communications regarding fee are normally routed through the Class whatsapp
Group/sms/e-mail. Parents are requested to check with their Class whatsapp Group/sms/e-
mail.
10 No fee shall be treated as the current or advance fee till all previous dues are cleared in full.
11 School bus shall be charged only for 11 months in a year.
12 For the last quarter of academic session (Jan 25 to March 25), fee will be paid for entire quarter
by 10th of January.
