Application for issuance of production warrant of the applicant/accused
R/Sir,
That the applicant/accused most respectfully submits as under:-

1. That the above noted case is pending before this Hon’ble court and the same
is listed for today i.e., 30/01/2024.
2. That the applicant/accused has been confined to District Jail in Bhondsi in
connection with FIR bearing No 2655/2023 U/S 420 IPC, PS. Shivaji
Nagar so he is not able to come present before this Hon’ble court today.
It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that the production warrant of
the applicant/accused may kindly be sent to Distt Jail Bhondsi Gurugram in
the interest of Justice.
