ICS & Individual Operator Harvest Update

After login click on “Update Actual Yield” under menu “Harvest Update”. The following screen
will be displayed.

Select the scope as current/ previous to update harvest yield. The following screen will be
displayed

Click on proceed link under action column to update the harvest yield. The following screen will
be displayed

Click on proceed link under action column to update the harvest yield. The following screen will
be displayed

Click on Edit and enter the actual harvest. After updating, the following screen will be displayed

Lot Creation:

After approval of actual harvest from certification, click on “Lot Creation” under menu “Lot
Creation”

The following screen will be displayed

Select current /previous scope and Click on proceed button, the following screen will be
displayed

Click on “Create Lot” link under Action column, the following screen will be displayed

Enter the required details and click on save, the following screen will be displayed

Click on “Generate Lot” button Lot will be created. In case of wrong entry Lot can be deleted by
click on “Delete” link under Action column.

After login click on “Apply for Domestic TC” under menu “Transaction Certificate” the following
screen will be displayed.

Select the check box under select column, the following screen will be displayed

Select the check box against lot, enter the quantity and click on + icon to add lot quantity. The
confirmation message will be displayed as shown in above image. After selecting all the
required lot details, click on “Proceed” button. The following screen will be displayed

Click on add/Edit Packing details. The following screen will be displayed

Enter the required packing details and click on save button. After entering packing for all
products, The following screen will be displayed

Enter the application details and click on “Save & Preview” button. The following screen will be
displayed

Click on preview link to view the application details. In case of any change, click on edit button.
After verification of preview, click on “forward to CB” button. The following screen will be
displayed with the application status as pending for approval.

After approval, TC application will be listed under “List of TC issued”.
