It is with great enthusiasm that we humbly submit our application for the internship position at
your accounting firm. We find the opportunity presented very interesting because of SyCip
Gorres Velayo & Co.'s (SGV & Co.) exemplary record for providing top-notch accounting
services and dedication to the growth of young professionals, and we believe that our academic
background, qualities, and determination make us an ideal candidate to be considered.

We firmly believe that we're equipped with the skills and qualification that will make us an asset
to your firm. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Laguna State
Polytechnic University, we have developed a strong foundation in accounting principles,
financial accounting, book keeping and financial analysis. Our learning experience provided us
with an in-depth knowledge and expertise in accounting software such as Microsoft Excel, which
is necessary for modern accounting procedures allowing us to accomplish tasks such as data
entry and financial reporting with accuracy. In addition, we have participated in several
accounting webinars and lectures that have sharpened our analytical and problem-solving skills,
which we are eager to apply to actual-life situations.

Furthermore, we believe we would be an outstanding addition to your accounting team given our
commitment to gain expertise in new environments, which would allow us to grow in this
profession in the long run. We also provide excellent attention to detail and accuracy, both of
which we believe are essential in accounting. After we finish our studies, our goal is to obtain
our Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification and work full-time assisting private
individuals with their financial management. With that, we want to use this internship as a
platform towards achieving this goal and as an opportunity to create long-term professional
relationships.

Given our strong academic foundation and interest for accounting, we are optimistic that an
internship with SGV & Co. will enable us to gain relevant experience in the field of accounting
and further develop our skills and abilities.
